SENTINEL ANNOUNCES $200,000 LOAN
Vancouver, British Columbia, August 26th, 2020 – Sentinel Resources Corp. (CSE: SNL)(US
OTC PINK: SNLRF) (“Sentinel” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that is has entered
into a Loan Agreement (“the Loan”) with certain sophisticated investors (the “Lenders”), in the
amount of $200,000.
Pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Sec urities Commission, under the terms of the Loan
Agreement the, the Loan will bear interest at a rate of 10% per annum and be due and payable on
August 25, 2021.
Additionally, as a bonus to the Lenders the Company will issue up to 245,614 common shares of
the Company at a discount to market price of $0.285 per share.
The proceeds of the Loan will be used for general working capital purposes.
