EMPRESS ENGAGED IN ADVANCED DISCUSSIONS
FOR NEW STREAM OPPORTUNITY
Empress Royalty Corp. (TSXV:EMPR | OTCQX:EMPYF) (“Empress Royalty” or the “Company”) is
pleased to announce that it is in advanced discussions for a potential gold and silver stream
opportunity (the “Transaction”) on an operating mine located in the United States.
“Empress continues to focus on delivering sustainable growth and value for our shareholders ,”
stated Alexandra Woodyer Sherron, CEO & President. “We are excited to announce that we are
in advanced discussions for a new gold and silver stream that will enhance our portfolio and
strengthen our position in the market. Empress has the necessary capital in place to fund this
Transaction, so we anticipate being in a position to close this Transaction in the second quarte r
of 2025. This opportunity represents a significant step in executing our strategic objectives, and
we look forward to providing further updates as we move closer to finalizing the terms."
Closing of the Transaction is subject to a number of conditions including negotiation and
execution of a definitive agreement, receipt of all required corporate, regulatory and third-party
consents, including TSXV approval, and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions. There
