EMERITA PROVIDES RESPONSE TO DEMAND LETTER
Toronto, Ontario – May 29, 2026 – Emerita Resources Corp. (“ Emerita” or the “ Company”)
(TSXV: EMO ) (OTCQX: EMOTF) (FSE: LLJA ) confirms that on May 14, 2026 it received a
demand letter from legal counsel to PM Super Fund and the sole director of the trustee of the
Super Fund, Wayne Peters, requesting that the Company initiate legal proceedings in connection
with the Falcon Litio property (the “Demand Letter”).
The Company has tasked its Special Committee, comprised of independent directors, to direct
the Company’s review of the Demand Letter and the allegations set out therein and determine
the appropriate course of action. The Special Committee has commenced its review and intends
to complete this work expeditiously.
