Eminent Terminates Option on Weepah

Vancouver, Canada, November 14, 2023 – Eminent Gold Corp. (TSX-V: EMNT) (OTCQB: EMGDF) (the

"Company" or “ Eminent”) announces it has elected to terminate an option agreement on the Weepah

property with Optionor, Nevada Select Royalty Inc.

After review of the potential upside and cost associated with Weepah, the Company decided it no longer

fits within the company’s portfolio objectives. The Company plans to remain focused on its flagship asset,

Hot Springs Range Project (HSRP) which we believe has world class Carlin style deposit potential as it

represents a direct analogue to the well-known 42mm oz Getchell Trend only 15 km away. The recently

purchased Gilbert South Property is located in the prolific Walker Lane Trend and borders Hecla’s Monte

Cristo property. The bonanza grade gold on surface as well as sub surface targets revealed by geophysics

at Gilbert South, suggests the potential for a bonanza style epithermal deposit.
