Euro Manganese Announces Release Dates of Securities from ASX Escrow

Vancouver, Canada (February 4, 2019) – Euro Manganese Inc. (TSX-V/ASX: EMN) (the "Company") today

announced that, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the following restricted securities were released and

will be released from escrow:

It is noted that although the Common Shares and Options to purchase Common Shares are released from

escrow, they are currently not quoted on the ASX. The Company confirms that some or all of these

securities may be quoted on TSX-V in accordance with its rules.
