NEVADA SILVER CORPORATION RETAINS INVESTOR CUBED INC. FOR FINANCIAL
CONSULTING AND IR SERVICES

Toronto, Ontario, 1st December 2021: Nevada Silver Corporation (“NSC” or the “Company”) (TSXV: NSC) is
pleased to announce that it has engaged Investor Cubed Inc. (“Investor Cubed”), to provide financial
consulting and investor relations services in Canada.
The terms of the consulting agreement (the “Agreement”) provide for compensation of CAD $5,000 per
month for the one-year term of the Agreement. The Agreement may be terminated by either party with three
months notice or without notice for breach. In addition, Investor Cubed has been granted options to purchase
300,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.45 per option. The options will vest
quarterly beginning on the date of grant and will be governed by the provisions of the Company’s Stock Option
Plan.
