ELECTRIC METALS APPOINTS BRIAN SAVAGE AS CORPORATE SECRETARY
Toronto, Ontario, July 7, 2025: Electric Metals (USA) Limited ("EML" or the "Company") (TSXV: EML)
(OTCQB: EMUSF) which aims to become a leading producer of high-value, high-purity manganese
chemical and metal products from North America’s highest-grade manganese deposit in Emily, Minnesota
serving the electric vehicle, defense, technology, and industrial sectors to strengthen American
manufacturing and advance national security objectives, is pleased to announce that Brian Savage, the
Company’s Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Corporate Secretary effective immediately.
Mr. Savage’s appointment follows the resignation of Valerie Kimball, who previously served in the role.
The Board of Directors thanks Ms. Kimball for her contributions and wishes her the best in her future
endeavors.
Mr. Savage will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, assuming the responsibilities of Corporate
Secretary, thereby ensuring continuity and efficiency in the Company’s corporate governance and
compliance activities.
