ELECTRIC METALS ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT WITH TERRELLA CAPITAL

Toronto, Ontario, June 6, 2025: Electric Metals (USA) Limited ("EML" or the "Company") (TSXV: EML)

(OTCQB: EMUSF) announces that the Company and Terrella Capital Ltd. (“Terrella”) have mutually agreed

to terminate their business consulEng services agreement, originally announced on April 15, 2025. The

agreement was formally terminated effecEve May 27, 2025. In connecEon with the terminaEon, the

250,000 stock opEons previously contemplated for grant to Terrella under the agreement have been

cancelled and will not be issued.
