HIGH POINT EXPLORATION INC. ANNOUNCES LISTING ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE

Vancouver, British Columbia, March 2, 2020. High Point Exploration Inc. (the “ Company”), Vancouver-

based mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce it has fulfilled the requirements to be listed

on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Company’s common shares will commence trading at market

open on March 5, 2020 under the stock symbol HGH.

The Company has a total of 7,959,282 common shares issued and outstanding and no options or warrants

issued and outstanding.
