CANAMERA ANNOUNCES BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

August 1, 2023 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canamera Energy Metals Corp. (the “Company”)

(CSE: EMET) announces that Anthony Paterson has been appointed to the board of directors, and

as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Paterson fills

the vacancies created by Andrew Cheshire and Jesse Hahn, who have both resigned from the

Company to focus on other commitments. The board of directors thanks Messrs. Cheshire and

Hahn for their service to the Company.
