EASTPLATS GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

November 14, 2017, Vancouver, British Columbia – Eastern Platinum Limited (“ Eastplats” o r t he “ Company”)

announces that it has granted 800,000 stock options to Officers and Directors of the Company, that vest in 90 days.

The options were granted for 5 years, expiring November 9, 2022, and each stock option will allow the holder to

purchase one common share of Eastplats at an exercise price of CDN$0.32.
