Eloro Announces Change to its Board of Directors
Toronto, Canada, February 26, 2019 – Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ELO; FSE: P2Q) (“Eloro”, or the
“Company”) announces the resignation of Mr. Philip Garratt as a director of the Company effective immediately.
The Company would like to express its thanks to Mr. Ga rratt for his contributions to the board of directors
throughout his tenure and wishes him success in all of his future endeavours.

Eloro is an exploration and mine development company wi th a portfolio of gold and base-metal properties in
Peru and Quebec. Eloro owns a 90% interest in the La Victoria Gold/Silver Project, located in the North-Central

La Victoria consists of eight mining concessions and eight mining claims encompassing approximately 89
