The error occurred in the headline and body of the release referencing "3,771 tonnes of coal"
where it should have read "2,937 tonnes of coal."
A quote from the CEO and a statement regarding the fulfillment of sales and purchase contract
has also been removed from the original release as it was previously disclosed.
Vancouver, British Columbia, March 21, 2023 – Silver Elephant Mining Corp. (“Silver

that, further to its news release dated February 22, 2023, Another rail shipment totaling 2,937
tonnes of coal has departed for China from its Ulaan Ovoo mine in Mongolia.
