FENGRO ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF FINAL TRANCHE OF
PRIVATE PLACEMENT
May 4, 2018 - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA: FENGRO Industries Corp.
(TSX-V:FGR) (“FENGRO” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has
closed the second and final tranche of its non -brokered private placement (the
“Private Placement”) previously announced on February 26 and April 2, 2018.
Giles Baynham, Chief Executive Officer, noted that “the Company is pleased to close
this final tranche, for total proceeds of $1,902,400. The funds will be used to continue
the development of new products and the expansion of production and sales in 2018.
The Company thanks its shareholders, who continue to be very supportive of the
business.”
The final tranche closing consists of a total of C$155,000 raised through the issuance
of 645,832 units (the “Units”) of the Company at a price of C$0. 24 per Unit. Each
Unit will consist of one common share of the Corporation, and one half share
purchase warrant, each full share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire an
additional common share at a price of $0.32 cents for a period of 18 months from
closing.
All securities issued in the final tranche closing are subject to a four -month hold
period expiring September 5, 2018.
