GAMBIER GOLD ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC – November 2 5, 2020 – Gambier Gold Corp. ( TSX-V: GGAU) (the “Company”)

announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSX-V”) further to the

October 9, 2020 News Release announcing a non -brokered private placement. The outside date upon

which final acceptance of the Private Placement will be granted by the TSX -V has been extended to

December 23, 2020. The Private Placement is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including

the final approval of the Exchange.
