Canadian International Minerals Inc. Arranges Private Placement

July 17, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the

“ Company ”) (TSX-V: CIN; FRANKFURT: 25C1) announces that is has closed its private

placement of 1,350,000 units at $0.02 per unit, for total proceeds of $27,000. Each unit consists

of one common share and one transferable share purc hase warrant, each warrant exercisable into

one additional common share at a price of $0.05 per share until July 12, 2020.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used as follows:

Description Amount

Office and Administration $5,000.00

Legal / Paralegal $5,000.00

Accounts Payable $3,000.00

Unallocated working capital $14,000.00

Total $27,000.00

All securities issued under the placement are subje ct to statutory hold periods expiring

November 12, 2017.
