Name Change
April 9, 2018 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-
V: CIN; FRANKFURT: 25C1) announces that the Company will be changing its name to “Canadian Energy
Materials Corp.” and its trading symbol will be changed to “CHEM”. A Letter of Transmittal is not required
to be sent to shareholders in connection with the name change.
