Canadian International Minerals Announces AGM Results

October 27, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the

“ Company ”) (TSX-V: CIN; FRANKFURT: 25C1) is pleased to anno unce that all resolutions

tabled at its Annual General and Special Meeting he ld on October 27, 2017, were passed. The

resolutions included:

- Election of Michael Schuss, Michael Burns, Rafael V audrin and Geoff Balderson as

directors;

- Appointment of auditor and authorization of the directors to fix the auditor’s

remuneration;

- Adoption of a 2017 Stock Option Plan; and

- Approval of common share consolidation on an up to 20 old for one new share basis.

The Company intends to implement the share consolid ation on a 20 to 1 basis forthwith. An

application will be made to the TSX Venture Exchange seeking acceptance of the consolidation.
