$200,000 Flow-Through Private Placement

November 27, 2017 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the

“Company”) (TSX -V: CIN; FRANKFURT: 25C1 ) announces a non -brokered private placement of up to

1,000,000 flow-through shares at a price of $0. 20 per flow-through share for total proceeds of up to

$200,000. The terms of the placement are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for continuing exploration programs on the Company’s

mineral exploration projects.
