GWR GRANTS NEW STOCK OPTIONS

ARMSTRONG, BRITISH COLUMBIA - GWR Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX Venture: GWQ) announces that it has today granted 3,644,400 incentive stock options pursuant to the Company’s 2010 Stock Option Plan to its Officers, Directors, Employees and Consultants. These options are exercisable for 5 years at a price of $0.20 and take into account a number of factors including the expiry of 1,033,400 options over the last 18 months.
