EDISON COBALT ANNOUNCES ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 3, 2019 – Edison Cobalt Corp ( “Edison Cobalt” or the "Company")

TSX-V: “EDDY) is pleased to announce that all resolutions tabled at the Company`s annual general meeting

(“AGM”) held on May 2, 2019, were approved by the shareholders.

All incumbent directors being Jeff rey Cocks, Howard Milne, Chris Hobbs and Neil Pettigrew were re -

elected. Following the AGM, the board of directors re-appointed Neil Pettigrew as CEO and President and

Chris Hobbs as CFO and Corporate Secretary. Former director, James Place, did not stand for re-election.

The Company would like to thank Jim for his dedicated service as a director and wishes him well in his

future endeavors.
