ENGINEER GOLD – INVESTOR RELATIONS ENGAGEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 16, 2018 (TSX-V: EAU) – Engineer Gold Mines

Ltd. (“Engineer Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has engaged Nelson Da

Silva to provide Investor Relations services. Nelson Da Silva is arm’s length to the Company

and has been involved in the junior resource markets for over 25 years.

Nelson will reach out to the investment community to market the Company and identify

interested potential investors and handle corporate communications. He currently holds 165,000

common shares and 75,000 warrants. Nelson was granted 160,000 of the options announced

August 20, 2018. Each option is ex ercisable, once vested, into one common share of the

Company at a price of $0.10 per share. His options vest in four equal quarterly installments and

are governed by the Company's option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Under the terms of the Company's August 1, 2018 agreement with Nelson Da Silva, the

Company will pay a salary of $3,000 per month for 24 months. Either party may cancel the

agreement at any time, by giving a 30-day notice in writing.
