ENGINEER GOLD MINES LTD - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

July 14, 202 2 – Vancouver, Canada – Engineer Gold Mines Ltd. (the “Company”)

(TSX.V: EAU) announces Nicholas Clive Aspinall has resigned as Director of the Company.

The Company thanks Mr. Aspinall for his contributions during his time as Director and wishes

him well in all future endeavors.
