East Africa Metals Announces A.G.M. Results

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 1 7 , 202 5 – East Africa Metals Inc. (TSX - V: EAM) ("East Africa" or the

"Company") announces voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held today in Vancouver, BC.

A total of 47, 330 , 789 common shares, representing approximately 21. 63 % of the Company's issued and

outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the meeting. East Africa ’s shareholders voted

overwhelmingly in favor of all items of business, including the election of each director nominee , as follows:

Dr. Jingbin Wang 98 . 79 % in favor

Mr. Andrew Lee Smith 99 . 21 % in favor

Dr. Antony Harwood 98 . 78 % in favor

Mr. David Parsons 99 . 46 % in favor

Mr. Zhen Liao 98 . 46 % in favor

East Africa ’s shareholders voted 99. 80 % in favor to appoint Baker Tilly WM LLP as auditor of the Company as

auditors .
