Dynasty Gold Announces 2022 Annual General Meeting Results

held on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. All resolutions put forward to the shareholders were approved.
The following directors were elected to hold office until the next annual general meeting of the
Company:

Roman Shklanka 99.05%
Larry Kornze 98.64%
Richard Redfern 98.65%
