Vancouver, Canada: Dynasty Gold Corp. (TSX-V: DYG) (FWB: D5G) (OTC: DGDCF) ("Dynasty"

or the "Company") is pleased to announce the voting results from its 2019 annual general meeting

held on April 9, 2019. More than 40 percent of issued and outstanding common shares of the

company were presented at the meeting. All resolutions put forward to shareholders were approved.

The four candidates proposed by management were all elected as directors of the company.
