DAJIN APPOINTS TWO NEW BOARD MEMBERS TO
STRENGTHEN ITS “ESG” COMMITMENT
Vancouver, BC - August 4, 2021 - Dajin Lithium Corp. ("Dajin") (TSXV: DJI) (OTCQB: DJIFF) (FSE: C2U1) is
pleased to announce changes to its Board of Directors. Frank Busch and Robert Verhelst have been appointed
independent directors.
In an effort for Dajin to demonstrate industry leadership by striving to incorporate proper Environmental, Social and
Governance (“ESG”), both Mr. Busch and Mr. Verhelst will compliment this goal. Mr. Busch will provide solid
Indigenous leadership for the Board as he has had a significant role with “on the ground ” work with over 270
Indigenous Nations throughout North America and continues to be a strong community leader. He will be a strategic
member of the team involved with Indigenous consultation for all projects undertaken by Dajin. Mr. Verhelst brings
an outstanding track record of public company management and board experience. His previous compliance
experience includes roles as a compliance officer for a broker dealer as well as enforcement with the Alberta Securities
Commission and the Vancouver Stock Exchange. We are proud to diversify and strengthen our board to demonstrate
our commitment to providing industry leadership towards ESG initiatives.
INDIVIDUAL DIRECTOR HIGHLIGHTS
Mr. Frank Busch is currently Chief Executive Officer of NationFund and a published author and past recipient of the
Burt Award for First Nations, Metis and Inuit Literature. Mr. Busch is a member of the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation
in northern Manitoba. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Indigenous Studies from the University of Manitoba, five
certificates from the Canadian Securities Institute and a Post -Graduate Certificate in Finance from Harvard
University. As CEO of NationFund, Mr. Busch provides First Nations with gu idance on capital markets, private
equity, debt financing and investment strategy as well as financial education. Mr. Busch will be an influential
independent Indigenous leader on Dajin’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Robert Verhelst has over 20 years of senior management experience, including 11 years as a partner, director,
and officer of several Western Canadian based brokerage firms. During this time, he was also President and C hief
Executive Officer of a US (FINRA) regulated foreign broker dealer. He has senior risk management experience at
CIBC and 11 years of combined experience in enforcement for the RCMP, Alberta Securities Commission, and the
Vancouver Stock Exchange. Mr. Verhelst has management and boar d experience with TSX Venture Exchange
companies and brings a strong corporate governance background to Dajin’s Board of Directors.
Concurrent with these appointments Dr. Mark Coolbaugh has stepped down as a director. Dr. Coolbaugh will
continue to provide Dajin with technical and operational services as the company moves forward. The Company is
grateful for the leadership and support he has provided for many years as a director.

Dajin Lithium Corp. is a Lithium exploration company with brine -based Lithium exploration projects located in
Argentina and Nevada. Dajin has announced exceptional Lithium brine assay results from 25 shallow pits ranging
from 281 mg/litre to 1,353 mg/litre, averaging 591 mg/litre on the Salinas Grandes salar in Jujuy province, Argentina
(geochemical map). Dajin holds a 49% Joint Venture interest in 230,000 acres in Jujuy province with Litica Resources
S.A., an operating subsidiary of Pluspetrol Resources Corporation, a major international Argentinian oil and gas

In Nevada, Dajin holds a 100% interest in 403 placer mining claims covering 7,914 acres in the Teels Marsh valley of
Mineral County, Nevada. Dajin has acquired the water rights in the Teels Marsh valley and has received all of the necessary
permits for drilling, with engineered access roads and two large drill pads constructed. Dajin holds an earn-in agreement
with Lone Mountain Resources LLC, an affiliate of Lilac Solutions, Inc., to earn a 75% interest in Dajin’s 100% owned
Alkali Lake lithium project located 7 miles from Albemarle’s Silver Peak Lithium brine operation in Clayton Valley,
Esmeralda County, Nevada.
