Discovery Announces Details of its Upcoming Annual General

June 21, 2022, Toronto, Ontario - Discovery Silver Corp. (TSX-V: DSV, OTCQX: DSVSF)
(“Discovery” or the “Company”) announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (the
“Meeting”) will be held online this Friday, June 24, 2022, at 11:00 am (Toronto time). The
nominees for Director at the Meeting are: Murray John (Chair); Tony Makuch; Jeff Parr; Moira
Smith; Daniel Vickerman; and Jennifer Wagner.

number when logging in if they intend to vote at the meeting. After the formal part of the
