DEFAULT STATUS REPORT PURSUANT TO NATIONAL POLICY 12-203
Abode Mortgage Holdings Corp. (the "Company") is filing this Default Status Report pursuant to National Policy 12-203 Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults ("12-203") in respect of the Management Cease Trade Order issued by the applicable Canadian securities regulators under 12-203 in connection with the Company's failure to file its annual audited financial statements for the year ended August 31, 2009 by the deadline of December 29, 2009 as required by National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations ("51-102"). The information contained in the Notice of Default as set out in the Company's December 21, 2009 news release remains unchanged.
The Company also expects that it will be unable to file its interim financial statements for the first quarter ending November 30, 2009 by the deadline of January 29, 2009 as required by 51-102.
The Company intends to continue to satisfy the provisions of 12-203 by filing Default Status Reports containing the information prescribed by 12-203, as long as the Company remains in default of the financial statement filing requirement.
