MK2 VENTURES LTD. COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

June 1, 2018 – Vancouver, British Columbia – MK2 Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that it has

completed its private placement and has issued 4,400,000 units at a price of $0.125 per unit for gross

proceeds of $550,000. Each “Unit” consists of one common share of the Company and one transferable

common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of

$0.15 for a period of twelve months.

The Company intends to utilize the proceeds of the placement for the evaluation of potential strategic

acquisitions and for general working capital purposes.

All securities issued in connection with the placement are subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory

hold period.
