District Announces Upgrade to OTCQX

November 12, 2025 – District Metals Corp. (TSX-V: DMX) (Nasdaq First North: DMXSE
SDB) (OTCQ X: DMXCF) (FRA: DFPP) ; (“District” or the “ Company”) is pleased to
announce that its common shares are now trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker
symbol "DMXCF". The Company’s common shares have been upgraded to the OTCQX Market
from the OTCQB Market in the United States. District’s common shares will continue to trade on
the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol DMX and on the Nasdaq First North Growth
Market under the symbol DMXSE.
The OTCQX Best Market is the highest market of OTC Markets, and trading on OTCQX will
enhance the visibility and accessibility of the Company to U.S. investors. To qualify for OTCQX,
companies must meet high financial reporting standards, follow best pract ices with respect to
corporate governance, and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws.

along an approximate 17 km trend that exhibits similar geology, structure, alteration and
VMS/SedEx style mineralization as other significant mines within the district.
