MONTREAL / TheNewswire / July 3, 2019 - Golden Hope announces the grant of 725,000 stock options under
its incentive stock option plan which was re-approved by shareholders at its recent annual general meeting
held in Montreal, Canada. The stock options are grante d to management and the board of directors. The
options are exercisable at $0.11 for 5 years from the date of the grant and vest immediately.
