Delta Resources Upsizing Previously Announced Financing up to $2,000,000
Tuesday, September 17, 2020 / Kingston, ON / Access wire . Delta Resources Limited (“Delta” or “The
Company”) ( TSX-V: DLTA ) (OTCBB: GOLHF ) ( Frankfurt: 6G01 ) is pleased to announce that it has increased
its previously announced non-brokered private place ment financing to raise up to CAD 2,000,000 from el igible
participants through the sale of a minimum of up to 5,714,286 units of the Company at a price of $0.35 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one half of a common share purchase warrant exercisable for up
to 24 months from closing at $0.50. A finder's fee commensurate with TSX Venture Exchange policies will be paid
where applicable.
The Company reserves the right to modify the size o f the private placement or to modify the type, natu re and/or
price of the units for any reason. The offering and any modification to it are subject to compliance w ith applicable
securities laws and approval of the TSX Venture Exc hange. The Company may pay finders' fees in accorda nce
with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The net proceeds of the financing will primarily be use d for
exploration which includes drilling at its Delta-1 and Delta-2 properties in Thunder Bay, Ontario and Chibougamau,
Quebec and general working capital. Any shares issued will be subject to a four month plus one day hold period.
