Diamond Fields Confirms Receipt of Bulk Sampling Proceeds

Vancouver, B.C. (December 18, 2017) - Diamond Fields Resources Inc. (TSX -V: DFR) is pleased

to announce that International Mining and Dredging Holdings (Pty) Limited has transferred in full

DFR’s agreed share (i.e., US$670,000) of the 2016 bulk sampling proceeds recovered from its ML

111 licence (reference News Release dated November 20, 2017).
