Diamond Fields Announces Sale of Nickel Fields for US$400,000

Vancouver, B.C. (December 21, 2017) - Diamond Fields Resources Inc. (TSX -V: DFR) is pleased

to report that it has effected the disposition of its wholly -owned subsidiary, Nickel Fields (Mauritius)

Ltd.. The agreed consideration was US$400,000, which the Company received on execution and

delivery of the agreement.
