Diamond Field s Announces U p d ate on Activ ities in Namib ia
V ancouver, B.C. (11 October 2019) – Diam ond Fields Resources Inc. (TSX -V: DFR)
(“DFR” or the “Com pany”) provides an update on activities at its ML111 diam ond m ining
concession area in Namibia.
As previously announced, following com pletion of the initial stage of DFR’s current ML111
m ining cam paign, the Com pany has been reviewing the first phase of m ining and operational
perform ance with International Mining and Dredging Holdings (Pty) Lim ited, which carried
out the cam paign via its subsidiary NUTAM Operations (Pty) Ltd.
The Com pany and IMDH continue to assess, am ongst other things, the need for further
ex ploration and developm ent work in order to im prove m ining perform ance and a possible
sharing of such costs. Such work is ex pected to im prove recoveries from the rem aining
blocks under the current ML111 m ining plan.
As a result of the continued discussions and the developm ent work envisaged, the second
stage of the ML111 initial six m onths (non-continuous) m ining program is now not ex pected
to resume later in 2019. A further update will be provided in due course.

DFR is a TSX Venture Exchange listed exploration and mine development company with assets in
