DCLIF) (FRA: Q3Q0) (the “Company” or “Discovery Lithium”) announces the grant of 550,000
incenƟve stock op Ɵons (the “Op Ɵons”) to certain directors of the Company, with each Op Ɵon
exercisable to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.51 per share. The
OpƟons are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant and vest immediately.
