FIRST LEGACY MINING CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, British Columbia – September 28 , 2018: First Legacy Mining Corp. (the “Company”)
(TSX-V: FLM) announces the granting of incentive stock options (“Options”) to certain of its directors,
officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 750,000 common shares of the Company, subject
to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Options vest on the date of grant and are
exercisable at a price of $0.20 per common share for a period of five (5) years.
