First Legacy Mining Corp. Announces Grant of Stock Options
FIRST LEGACY MINING CORP. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, British Columbia – February 12, 2018: First Legacy Mining Corp. (the “Company”)
(TSX-V: FLM) announces the granting of incentive stock options (“Options”) to certain of its directors,
officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 1,254,000 common shares of the Company ,
subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval. The Options vest on the date of grant and are
exercisable at a price of $0.15 per common share for a period of two (2) years.
The Company is also pleased announce the appointment of Craig Taylor as a director of the Company.
Todd Macdonald has resigned as a director of the Company however he will continue in the capacity as a
consultant to the Company.
