DEFENSE METALS CORP. RETAINS NATIVE ADS NATIVE ADS, INC.
Vancouver, British Columbia — January 23, 2020 – Defense Metals Corp. (the “Company”) (DEFN: TSX-V /
DFMTF: OTCQB / 35D: FSE) is pleased to announce that it has retained Native Ads, Inc. (“Native Ads”) to
provide and manage a comprehensive digital media marketing campaign for the Company.
In connection with the engagement, the Company has entered into a master services agreement (the
“Agreement”) with Native Ads dated effective January 24, 2020, pursuant to which they will primarily provide
services including content development, web development, media buying distribution and campaign reporting
optimization.
Pursuant to the Agreement the campaign will commence on or about February 1 1, 2020 and last for
approximately three months for a total cost of $75,000.
The Agreement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
