DEFENSE METALS CORP. RETAINS DIGITONIC LTD. FOR MARKETING SERVICES
News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – January 27, 2021: Defense Metals Corp. (“Defense Metals”
or the “Company”) (TSX-V: DEFN/ DFMTF: OTCQB / 35D: FSE) is pleased to announce that it has retained
Digitonic Ltd. (“Digitonic”), an arm’s length party to the Company and a leading investor relations and mobile
marketing firm based in Glasgow, Scotland, to provide marketing services focused on the North American
capital markets.
Under the Agreement, Digitonic is to provide content creation, distribution, and advertising services in North
America over a period of two months for a total cost of US$40,000, with the fees to be allocated to media
spending and for management fees.
The Agreement remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
