DEFENSE METALS CORP. GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS
News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – April 12, 2022: Defense Metals Corp. (“ Defense
Metals” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:DEFN / OTCQB:DFMTF / FSE:35D) announces the granting of
incentive stock options (“ Options”) to certain of its consultants to purchase up to an
aggregate 900,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.29 per common share for a period
of two years. 100,000 Options granted to Bluesky Corporate Communications Ltd. will vest in stages
over a period of 12 months in equal portions every three months starting three months after the date of
grant, 300,000 vest in stages over a period of 6 months in equal portions every three months starting on
the date of grant and the remaining 500,000 Options vest on the date of grant.
