News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – March 11 , 2021 : Defense Metals Corp. (“ Defense
Metals”) (TSX-V:DEFN / OTCQB:DFMTF / FSE:35D) announces the granting of incentive stock options
(“Options”) to certain of its directors , officers and consultants to purchase up to an
aggregate 300,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0. 46 per common share for a period of
three (3) years. The Options vest on the date of grant.
