Defense Metals Corp. Engages Independent Trading Group as Market-Marker
News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – May 7, 2021: Defense Metals Corp. (“Defense
Metals” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:DEFN / OTCQB:DFMTF / FSE:35D) is pleased to announce
that it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group (“ITG”) to provide market-making
services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company has engaged ITG for a period of two (2) months
and the agreement will renew for subsequent one (1) month periods, until either party has terminated
the agreement with thirty (30) days' notice. The Company will pay ITG a monthly fee of $6,000 for
market making services. ITG and the Company are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and at the
time of the agreement neither ITG nor i ts principals have an interest, directly or indirectly, in the
securities of the Company. The engagement of ITG remains subject to the approval of the TSX
Venture Exchange.
