Vancouver, British Columbia – April 25, 2019: Defense Metals Corp. ( “Defense Metals ” or the

the Company’s former chief financial officer, corporate secretary and director, for his contribution to the

capital markets for over 40 years. Mr. Grayston had a tremendous career and will always be remembered as

a person with high integrity. The Company is grateful to have had Mr. Grayston on its team and we mourn

his passing and wish his family and friends all the best in this difficult time.
