Company Has Started Exploration on the Terrace Area Properties
Stewart, BC – Decade Resources Ltd (“Decade” or the Company) announces that i t
has started surface exploration on its extensive Terrace area p roperties. The Company
has completed historical research of all available reports and has identified numerous
areas for further work. The Company is also in the process of a ssembling further claims
that compliment the present holdings.
The Terrace area properties include 4 separate claim holdings t hat have a variety of
different types of mineralization. Included in the different types are the following:
1. Red bed copper-silver mineraliz ation in Hazelton group volcanic rocks.
2. Felsic dykes with quartz sul phide veins on the boundaries ho sting gold bearing
mineralization.
3. Quartz-sulphide veins with signi ficant gold-silver mineralization.
4. Shear hosted gold-si lver mineralization associated with copper mineralization.
5. Porphyry style copper-gold and copper-molybdenum-gold minera lization in
granitic to dioritic rocks which have invaded volcanic rocks of the Hazelton Group
Lower to Middle Jurassic.
The Company is taking advantage of the numerous logging roads i n the area of the
claims to conduct geochemical sampling. Numerous prospects part icularly near granitic
apophyses have achieved small production from high grade gold s ilver veins in the past
(BC Minfile) within the mineral holdings controlled by the Comp any. The Company is
locating the prospects as well as any new mineralization exposed by logging.
Ed Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qua lified person under National Inst rument 43-101, is in
charge of the exploration programs on behalf of the Company and is responsible for the
contents of this release. E. Kruchkowski is not independent of Decade as he is the
president of the Company.
