PRIVATE PLACEMENT 

Vancouver, B.C. November 21, 2025 – Further  to its news releases  dated  October  8, 2025,  and 

November  18, 2025,  District Copper Corp. (“District Copper”, “District”, or the “Company”) (TSX‐

Venture:  DCOP)  announces  that  it  has  requested  and  received  approval  from  the  TSX  Venture 

Exchange for a 30 day extension of its private placement.  The terms of the private placement remain 

unchanged.
