DISTRICT COPPER CORP. REPORTS ON EAGLEHEAD PROPERTY

Vancouver, B.C. – December 6, 2019 – At the request of IIROC and the TSX Venture Exchange the Company

wishes to clarify certain disclosure in it ’s December 5, 2019 news release titled “ DISTRICT COPPER CORP.

REPORTS ON EAGLEHEAD PROPERTY” regarding the filing of an updated National Instrument 43-101Technical

Report dated October 21, 2019 on the Eaglehead Property prepared by Robert A. (Bob) Lane, M.S c, P.Geo. of

Moose Mountain Technical Services on Sedar. Specifically the news release quoted the author as stating inter alia,

“that the Eaglehead porphyry Cu-Mo-Au-Ag Project is a Tier 1 Property (as defined by the TSX Venture Exchange)

….”. The Eaglehead property does not satisfy the definition of a Tier 1 property per TSX Venture Exchange

Policies as it no mineral resources and/or mineral reserves have been delineated on the property. This

clarifying news release is being disseminated to retract al l references to the Eaglehead porphyry Cu -Mo-Au-Ag

Project being a Tier 1 Property.

The Company will also file on SEDAR a revised technical report reflecting this change.
