Doubleview Capital Corp. (TSX-V: DBV) Closes Privat e Placement Financing
Doubleview Capital Corp. (“Doubleview”) (TSX-V: DBV ) is pleased to announce that it has closed its
fully subscribed non-brokered private placement fin ancing of 2,086,666 flow through units (the “FT Uni ts”)
at a price of $0.12 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of $250,399.92. Each FT Unit is comprised of one
common share of Doubleview and one-half of one non- transferable common share purchase warrant (a
“Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share for a perio d
of two (2) years at $0.10 per share for the first year and $0.12 per share for the second year.
The securities issued under the private placement w ill be subject to restrictions on resale expiring o n April
29, 2018.
The proceeds from the private placement will be use d for exploration expenditures on the Company’s
Canadian properties.
