Doubleview Capital Corp. (TSX-V: DBV) Announces Clo sing of Private Placement Financing
Doubleview Capital Corp. (“Doubleview”) (TSX-V: DBV ) is pleased to announce that it has closed its
fully subscribed non-brokered private placement fin ancing of 10,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of
$0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $500,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share of
Doubleview and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”), with each Warrant entitling the
holder to purchase one additional common share at $ 0.08 per share for a period of three and half years
from the date of issue.
The securities issued under the financing will be s ubject to a hold period expiring on November 18, 20 18
pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws and the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company will use the proceeds of the Private Pl acement for exploration expenditures on the
Company's Canadian properties and general working c apital.
Strategic Investor:
Mr. Maxwell Munday has subscribed to 100% of this f inancing. Mr. Munday is an investor from Burnaby,
British Columbia, who has supported many mining exp loration and development companies and has
been an important pillar in their success such as Integra Gold Corp.
